You can use, what we call, Release Notes, to tell customers what is in a
particular release. Each developer is responsible for updating the
release notes for their product and release. If I add a feature, I am
responsible to add a description in the Release Notes to describe what
the feature is and what it does. Our Doc team will then use this to
assist in building the help on the new feature.

Any mods to existing features or bug fixes are also put in there so
documentation can be modified accordingly.
