Packet Sniff

Hi, i'm creating a client-server communication application with Indy. I wonder if it's possible to sniff my custom packages and read what i'm sending and what i receive. My packets are not encrypted so is it possible to catch and read what is the data it's containing ? Sorry i'm newbie about it. Hope that you understand what i mean.
