How on earth you can claim one or the other *superior* is beyond me.
You seriously think btnMy is as clear as MyButton? To everyone?
we would not use other abbreviations in English such as "Mr"
But we already know them. If I come along and read your code, I don't know all your control abbreviations. I have to learn them. It is therefore more difficult to read than if you named things my way.
Once you learn the abbreviations, there probably isn't much in it. But why bother in the first place?
