With a lot of IFDEF, is far from the original promoted ide from Borland
rigth? using CLX ever for W32/Linux.

CLX was the Borland idea to mantain Win32/Linux in the same code.
I have a few app working in Windows/Linux with CLX. I finnally come
back to VCl because CLX was so buggy and i need it work 24x7. On the
other hand QT library is widely used in day to day app, so i guess the
CLX implementation fail, not QT.If CLX implementation is corrected we
can use CLX to W32/Linux.
