Perhaps 50-50?
(I mean not in terms of revenue for Borland, neither do I mean in the US
only).
Many shops doing scientific apps don't buy Enterprise, and the larger
database-oriented enterprises buy more licences.

Still, in terms of "application produced with Delphi" it might be more
non-database centric apps than you think, although in monetary terms I think
they are pretty small for Borland. Still, they are a large part and
therefore important part of the user base - if you loose them you loose the
more "rabid supporters", the guys that spread the "Delphi gospel".
