Re: Delphi 2005 Update 3 (English) and Update 2 (French) now available

Here's the explanation from the integration team:

The Arch download is smallest because the Update 2 Inline and Download were
the same.

Ent and Pro are larger than Arch because the Inlines and Downloads were
different (different tgnet.config files). So, as far as MSI is concerned we
were patching two different products (the inline and the download) and this
makes the patch larger.

Pro is largest because we released 2 Pros (the first one didn't update from
one rev of Update 1 correctly and we had to redo it.)

The files appear quite small because they are only patching the bits that
differed rather than overwriting the entire file (which is what we did for
Update 1).
