Very, very, very few Borland customers care about this level of detail.
(Replies to the contrary in this newsgroup are not refutations of this
truth, so no need to exercise yourself ;)) Customers want the fixes and
to know what the fixes are, not the nitty-gritty details of "Ok, I did
this on Wednesday, and this on Thursday, then he did that on Friday."

Bad assumption.
It's enough effort to get the fix out, produce the readme, and flag the
fixes.
