Along the same lines, IMO they should have done something themselves in the
RAD web development space before IW and EWF came along to fill that unfilled
gap, or before they used ASP.NET to plug that gap.

In this case Borland were lagging the market opportunities and needs. In
others (ALM, MDA) Borland have been leading.
