For VCL.NET there is a good chance that the JVCL will work. For WinForms
it would be a complete rewrite which is not possible with that few active
JVCL developers.

Many JCL units are already working in .NET using only the "old RTL units"
(now Borland.Vcl.SysUtils/Classes/Contnrs/Math/...) And some few JVCL
components work with VCL.NET.
