Sure, but I didn't see anyone here say that either. The analogy is not
quite valid, though, since fillings are unique.

You could perhaps compare Delphi to a filling material. If one patient
comes back with pain, that does not necessarily mean that the material is
bad, just that something else could cause the pain (I know a lot of
reasons, but that is off-topic here <g>). If many, but not all, patients
come back after having received a filling with that material, you might
conclude that this material contains something that could cause the pain.

But it should still be investigated, and it would not be certain that
only the material is the problem. It could just as well be that the
dentist only used this material for fillings in places where there was
extreme stress (I have materials I only use for posterior teeth), and
such fillings are also often very deep, and close to the "pulp". Such
fillings are more more prone cause pain one day anyway, despite of the
material used.

So it would be wrong to claim the dentist was at fault, or that the
material was at fault. It could just as well be a situational problem.
