SP4 and Delphi 5

I have Delphi 5, Windows 2000, and SP1. Use Panda as anti-virus. Panda
suggested that I upgrade my OS to SP4. I heard that this may cause
problems with Delphi. Any comments? Other than Panda, is there any
reason to upgrade to SP4?
