Video streaming and transfer protocols/designs - resources?

Any video experts out there? I'm going for an interview next week & would
like to know more about video streaming and real-time video frame transfer
protocols. Can anyone recommend any sites etc?

Obvioudly, I could Google, but if there are already experienced developers
out there, you may be better at suggesting good sites than a general Google
search and me trawling through 1000's of hits.

The co. develops CCTV monitoring & management systems. At the moment, I
don't even know if they use TCP or UDP for the base protocol. All I have
really is 'Delphi' and 'real-time'. I can do all the task/thread etc.
real-time stuff, but I'm not up on the latest protocols for networked CCTV
video.
