How do I get that to work inside the IDE, just compile it into a BPL and
install it?

PS, Is it wise to include your bank details in the pas file? Isn't there
some kind of scam people use to get hold of your money or something, and
that's why the former president of Africa's personal assistant keeps writing
to me asking if he can put $10,000,000 into my account?
