OK, here's what happened: The closed status was pulled automatically
from a slightly different report in Borland's internal system which has
since been reopened. The QC report is actually a bit more complete. But
the reopening doesn't get automatically pushed to QC. It probably
should, but it doesn't.

So I reopened the QC report. Thanks for pointing out the problem.
