Just tried (had to restart twice: once to set large fonts, once to revert
averything), and indeed, the buttons on the right were either totally or
partly off the form. Hmmm... I see I'll have to find a solution for that.

I have an idea. Not sure if it'll work. 

Try setting the form's AutoScroll property to false.
