Those A/Vs are related to QC#14070, so I wouldn't worry too much about them.

The debug dll does write a log file, but there are so many intentional leaks
in Delphi that it would be hard to find any unintentional ones between them.
What I'm really interested in is any memory errors that occur while the IDE
is running. If they're reproduceable that would be fantastic.
