Delphi 2005 and D7 code completion slow

has anyone else noticed that the Delphi 2005/7 code completion takes a
really long time to pop? (around 10 seconds)
Then it is fast for a couple more times then it slows way down
again,like it is reloading itself from the disk drive.

running on XP service pack 2
