IMHO the issue is not how difficult complier conversion would be, but how it
would break lots of currently working code.
At a minimum, I would want a compiler switch to enable compiling existing,
or at least converting it automatically.
I think you could write your own addin to the current Delphi IDE using the
OpenToolsAPI to do all this.
To me, this is purely cosmetic and not worth all our discussion. Any
manager or developer who chooses a language based on superficial issues such
as this one probably looks like Dilbert's pointy haired boss. ;-)
