It was approved back in 2000. You are acting as if this approval just
happened. It also happened early in the Fuller administration, it was more
previous admins that procrastinated.

JBuilder at no time was the savior of Borland. Delphi at one time was. There
was a time that JBuilder was producing hte most revenue, but not by a large
percentage more than Delphi. Actually, without Delphi there would have been no
JBuilder.
