Just ask Joan of Arc. Or the Indians that used to smoke Peyote. Plenty of
visions, but no plan.

"Vision" is not required to get useful development tools to developers. I
know, we all like to think creativity is the golden key to happiness, but in
fact, most of the things around is that make our lives much better are
brought to us by timid, rigid, change-fearing individuals that happen to
have the qualities that really do make it possible.
