Sorry John, but I don't buy your metaphor. You say you'll eat today,
makes me think you'd be interested if I offered you a meal. You've
chosen to say something that is already well understood.
I do not believe that a CEO mentions this legal requirement without a
reason. Of all the things he could have said, or NOT said, he CHOSE to
say that of course any offer would be considered.
I would be interested to know if this interview was given after Scott
was informed about the fall-out from his last interview. It appears to
me that cultivating existing Delphi customers is not on his priority
list - unless they come in the elusive multi-million dollar deal
bracket, of course.
