Compiler vs. machine issue

I am really stumped with this one! When I compile my application on my HOME machine, with either Delphi 5 or 6, the produced exes will NOT run on my OFFICE machine. I get an access violation as soon as the try to run. My application consists of several executables, none of which will run on my OFFICE machine when compiled at home. However, if I compile the same code on my OFFICE machine, using Delphi 5, it runs fine. I am stumped on this one. My HOME machine is a Pentium 850Mhz running Win2K3. My OFFICE machine is a 2.8Ghz Pentium running XP Pro. The exes I compile at HOME run on every machine I have run them on except my particular OFFICE machine. They run on various boxes of different OS flavors. They run on other XP Pro machines here at the office, but not mine. The only difference between my machine and other XP Pro's here at the office is mine has hyper threading. However, I have attempting disabling hyper threading, etc, but no help. But if I compile the same code with the same components on my OFFICE machine, it works fine. Lastly, they used to work ok on my OFFICE machine when compiled from home, until I made some recent changes. The strange thing is, I didn't really add anything new to the apps, more I removed some stuff. I am not really using anything fancy, mostly ICS, Jedi, some Zeigler Soft stuff and just Delphi native controls and classes. I have tried turning off optimizations in my home Delphi installation, no help.
Oddly, on my OFFICE machine, if I set tell the OS to run the exes in Win98 compatibility mode, they mostly work. However, the SERVICES version of the app does not work even when configured that way.
I am really stumped. Sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum, I wasn't sure where to put it. It looked pretty similar to other topics in this forum. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
