I stand by what I said. Borland choose not to tell us. They could if they
wanted to. Like they could have announced he left some time ago (whenever he
left) if they wanted to. They make choices.

I'm not saying Borland's choices are not good/correct choices in this
instance, I just object to saying they 'can't' tell us. Of course they can.
