According to the list of packages that remain, ECO, Together,
and pretty much every non-essential package gone isn't enough
(includes all DB stuff).

Another difference is that the D2005 Personal IDE lacks a variety
of code editor shortcuts (code insight?), the VCL source, the CPU
view, a few other edit/debug things, and overall, uses a whole
lot less memory... which would indicate "missing" chunks are
significant.
