Everything gravitates towards this. Believe it or not. :)

Users care less about our notion of objects, inheritance, typing.
They want their data, and they want it in grids, combo-boxes and
they want to click arrows to navigate through their data.

There's no lack of clarity there. Simple straight-forward.
