Because I develop IBX I know that you have to have reproducible steps to ba able
to fix a bug. The fix a bug you first have to identify it. Once you have a
test case to prove it exists you can then find and fix the bug and verify it is
fixed with the same test case used to demonstrate the bug. I am trying to work
with you to get the reproducible case so a fix can be worked on.

I am not ignorant on how to debug something. You can't show that something is
fixed if you don't first show that there is a problem in the first case.
