Yes, I agree.

One of the problems with that report was that it lumped to many general
complaints into one report. The whole thing got marked won't do.
Hopeful they weren't refering to adding more code samples.

I do too.
But I read the help as saying "the code in this topic is taken from"
meaning there should be some code in this topic. And there isn't.
