The way it was explained to me last year, they go by official announced
date, so you get any new version officially announced before 14 Feb 2006,
even if not yet physically shipping on that date. I think DeXter is
currently scheduled for release by years's end, and I tend to expect its
official announcement at DevCon. Think you're good.

Better and better. Mine expires 10 Dec, and I certainly intend to renew.
