I just went through this (see a thread under my name in this group) and
discovered that Borland rasied not only the price of Delphi but the % as
well, 20% to 30% for SA. However my SA agreement clearly stated that
renewals would be at 20% not 30%. I am sure others may have the same clause
in their agreement.

My SA renews on December 9, 2005 and I have just received a revised renewal
quote for the 20%. In addition, I have chosen to renew for 3 years, which
locked in my rate at 20% for the next 3 years. I really feel that Borland
should honor this for all SA customers who began their SA agreements under
these terms and have maintained their SA agreements in force.
