LOL!

On a serious note though- I bet that this author only really has knowledge of two languages: Java and VB. For some reason he has the idea that Delphi is like VB- because his points appear to be related to VB's lack of functionality historically. If you switched the word "Delphi" to "VB" in the article it starts to make some sense (in places)...
