BDN_Delphi.xml News feed no longer works???

http://news.borland.com/bdn_delphi.xml no longer works.

I have tried various newsreaders including reader.google.com,
Thunderbird, firefox Live Bookmarks.

I connect to http://news.borland.com/codecentral_delphi.xml with no
problems.
