Cannot do integrated debugging for Delphi 7 after install software distribution service 2.0

Hi all,
After my system automatically install the window's software distrubution
service 2.0 on last saturday. My Delphi 7 suddenly cannot perform integrated
debugging.
If i using system restore to restore to early stage, my delphi work
correctly.
Do anyone facing same problem also ?
