Delphi and Windows CE ?


Hi all

I would like to know if I can develop programs for Windows CE with Delphi (7 Enterprise), because I have a customer that wants to bill in pocket pc like crafts and also trasmit data to server.

The crafts has Intel Xscale processor and WIndows Ce .Net.

If not what must I do?
