VB6 had this feature. Didn't really use it much myself, since most of the
time you want to edit things that actually had an effect on the code where
you were stopped, and "Edit and Continue" won't create the same environment
and variable values as a new run would, it just dumbly runs from whatever
line you want with the new code.
It's one of those things that impresses the kids but doesn't do much for the
rest of us, most of the time.
