A problem with their implementation is that it's implemented as 3
seperate SKUs. I used the RC and miss some of the features that were
taken out for the Developer version of Team System. (Yeah, there's an
Uber-version out there, but you have to buy it seperately, even if you
have MSDN Universal.) That's a potential weakness that Borland could
exploit. (Do you want to group tests, or be able to view a class
diagram. Can't do both.)

That was the stated goal for ASP.Net 2. One of my co-workers has
problems with 2.0's deployment model. For asp.net apps, it seems to be
"bundle everything up, and throw it all out there." That can be painful
for multiproject solutions.

Binding a grid to a collection is now REALLY easy. With WinForms, you
can even automagically have the grid create new objects if the user
goes to the bottom of the list.

I've never crashed VS, but if you use a combobox column in a grid,
and bind the combobox to a collection, it's really easy to confuse the
WinForms designer, and have it just display an error message.
(Fortunately, code doesn't get trashed.)

MS has already stated that there's going to be a service pack for both
2003 and 2005 next year.

I think that the problem has to do with the designer repainting forms
more than it has to.
