Euan Garden warned us at DevCon that BDS 2006 would not include SQL
2005. He said that when Microsoft and Borland first made the agreement
with D8, that it was a mad dash to get the CDs burned and delivered to
Borland in time. They (Borland? MS?) weren't willing or able to do it
again this time. :(
