The generic SCC Integration was deprecated in BDS2006 ie it's not an
official feature any longer -> however, the IDE package is still delivered
in BDS2006. If you want to re-enable it, add the package to the registry so
the IDE loads it. Since it has been deprecated and is unsupported, it's
recommended to use a natively supported IDE integrations for your SCM if
available instead of the generic SCC integration.
The package is SrcManIDE100.bpl and it's installed in the BDS\4.0\Bin
directory
The reg key is "Known Assemblies" under Software\Borland\BDS\4.0
