Not with Windows 2003 Server. I can log in several times (from different
clients) and the local host user doesn't even notice (in fact, right now
I'm writing this message from a Win2K client with a remote connection to
my Win2K3 machine, which also has a D2006 open on the desktop).
The only thing to be aware of is editing files in more than one session
;-)

Again, not with Windows 2003, since I always login as administrator (bad
habit, I know).
