Does anyone know anything about Softek Software International, Inc.

I had talked with them about some Delphi work and everything seemed to go
well on the phone. Now I see the ad on Monster again. Of course it is their
choice who will do the work, but I am just wondering if anyone knows if they
are on the up and up?
