Ok, my first programable device was a Casio pocket calculator with 29 steps
which could be filled using a kind of macro recorder, i.e. each keypress was
saved. BTW: no editing possible, any wrong keypress meant empty all space
and redo all.
There were two branch options: x=0 / x<>y. Branch target was then always to
step 1. We still managed to squeeze bin<->dec / dec<->bin conversion into
these 29 steps (of course one or the other not both) ;-)
After that I owned a series of Casio pocket calculators and afterwards some
HP calculators (HP 34/41/28/48) ... I still own and love the HP-48 :-)
These were cool days ...
