I'd like to thank everyone who responded. I've been convinced to give it a
try under XP-Home - and upgrade to XP-Pro only if that doesn't work out
In regard to the suggestion that Cassini might work in place of IIS, I
noticed that the Borland "Feature Matrix" for Delphi 2006 (
ttp://www.borland.com/resources/en/pdf/products/delphi/bds2006_feature_matrix.pdf)
indicates that Cassini is included in the package.
