Odd. I remember very specifically that refactoring is the one thing that never
made it into CodeRush while it was still a Delphi add-in. Someone was starting
to write a CodeRush plug-in that did refactoring and Mark made a post
suggesting that this would bring refactoring to CodeRush, but then it never
happened. I remember Mark explaining in a later post that "bugs" in Delphi
prevented the plug-in from working. This sticks in my mind because around the
same time, I came across CodeExplorer from ModelMaker Tools that added
refactoring to Delphi in a rather bug-free manner. I still use CodeExplorer in
Delphi 2006. As nice as the refactoring in D2006 is, I find I still find plenty
of use for CodeExplorer.
