But this doesn't really make any sense - as long as they are able to
negotiate an agreeable *price*, there is no reason or value to insist on
*not* taking any particular piece of the package. I.e, the pieces they
"don't want" are effectively being thrown in for free. They can subsequently
deal with them as they believe necessary.
But this would be worse than selling them separately! At least for the
unwanted half which might well just be put out to rest.
