de facto documentation tool

While in the process of adopting Delphi for our upcoming projects, I'm searching for a documentation tool that is de facto or widely preferred. (FWIW, in PHP we do have phpdocumentor as de facto for example).
I did google and came up with 2 widely used tools (if I'm right) <http://www.modelmakertools.com/modelmaker/index.html> and <http://www.doc-o-matic.com/examplesourcecode.html>
It would be nice, if anyone could share any thoughts. Also, do you use javadoc style or XML style or any other de facto style? TIA
