did an interesting search on dice.com. I did searches on Delphi, C++ and
C# and noted the number of matches.

Try searching on C* (wild-card) -- you should get even mode hits ;-)

Microsoft's PR department did a great job realising that the letter "C"
could turn base metals to gold.

(Although probably true, the above statement is very unfair to C# since it
is an excellent language in its own right).

PS apropos the above, if Borland / DevCo were ever to consider a new name
for Delphi, then undoubtedly THE best name would be C* (C Star) <g>
