Actually, I suspect that around the time .Net 3.0 is released, there
will be lots of talk about the upcoming .Net 4.0 beta and how soon the
Go Live license will be available. Who will want to use .Net 2.0 (or
3.0 for that matter) then?

Of course, this is all dependent on .NET 3 being release on time in the first place. It could be 3 years before we see it, giving a few years with Delphi in .NET 2.0
