IMHO, not correct. People want to pay for Linux stuff but three notces exist:
1. No free competitors with equally developed feature set and support level.
2. Following to the Linux standards of software development.
3. Be high quality product and receive constant stream of updates and bugfixes, as Linux itself constantly changing.
Kylix (read Borland) failed to achieve at least 2 and 3.
