Delphi App not running on Win98

Hello,

I have 2 Delphi 6 apps. (App. 1 and App. 2) that
when compile run on Win98 and up.
There's a 3rd Delphi 6 app. (App. 3) that
isApp.1 + part of App. 2 and NOTHING ELSE.

App. 3 doesn't run on win98 and run Ok On win2k and up.

Win98 Error:
App3.exe seems to be damaged.

and then:

Windows can´t execute this program
because it´s in an invalid format.

App 1, App2 and App3 exe size are similar and
the largest is App2 (15.000.000 bytes) and is running Ok
on Win98.

Anybody can help me?
