OEM generally means versions of software that ship pre-installed on
hardware, so in future you might be able to buy a computer that already has
Interbase installed and running.
I would guess ISV deals more with licensing issues - making it easier to
acquire and deploy licenses in various scenarios.
But ultimately we'll have to see what the InterBase folks actually say once
they have it finalized.
