marc,
If you think that Delphi is just another Object Pascal variant, can you then
please inform me where to find the original *Object* Pascal implementation ?
IMHO, Visual Studio as a product, is just a *host* with 3 languages
preinstalled (C#, VB.NET and J#). Using your logic, everyone could then
claim that Visual Studio supports every language in the planet that that
provide or could provide a Visual Studio plugin. I could also claim that the
fact that my sofware runs under Windows, Microsoft official supports my
software (my software actually *is* a Windows "plugin") ...
Marc, Microsoft official supports only products that are *official* part of
their product line. Chrome, ActivePerl, ActivePython, Eiffel.NET etc, are
*not* official recognized from Microsoft so they are official *not*
supported.
Btw, if you *really* think that VS supports Object Pascal through chrome,
why Microsoft doesn't ... ? Someone must be wrong here .... don't you think
?
Regards,
dageek
.
